Restoration provides services to churches, mission agencies and institutions in the areas of recovery, mediation and restoration care for persons in trauma, burn-out, crisis and moral upheaval. Because each situation is unique and often complex, our team develops an intensive, individualized assessment and treatment plan, which draws from both clinical and pastoral perspectives. We are able to offer both short-term and extended care as required.

“Over the past few years, MBMSI International missionary candidates have been assessed by Cares regarding their emotional health, spiritual maturity, and cross-cultural giftedness. LIFO® instruments have also been used to discover the basic life orientation of each candidate and to provide background for team building. LIFO® analysis enables candidates to explore how they will relate to other team members who differ in basic life orientation. These assessments have been a tremendous resource as we have discerned the readiness of candidates for cross-cultural service and, in some cases, discovered the need for further growth prior to missionary service.
