Our mandate is to make counselling as affordable and accessible to our community as possible. Thus, while each one-hour session costs Cares approximately $110.00, we subsidize your rate based on your combined annual household income. Please contact the office for more information.
It is worthwhile for you to determine if you have insurance benefits that may cover a portion or your entire session fee.
If you are unable to pay either of these amounts and do not have insurance, you can check with your church or other local organizations and businesses to determine if they would be willing to contribute to your health. Alternately, you can ask to see one of our supervised interns at a reduced rate.
If you are able to pay more than $80.00 per session, please let us know during the intake process. The additional monies will go to subsidizing other clients who cannot afford to pay the full session fee. Thanks for your support.
